1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SpaceLogic website and platform (including our diagnostic questionnaire, modular storage configuration tools, and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services. SpaceLogic reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

SpaceLogic provides diagnostic questionnaires and adaptive modular storage system configuration services designed to help design professionals and homemakers identify space constraints, storage frustrations, and tailored design solutions. Our platform maps user pain points—such as small bedrooms, awkward hallways, and shared spaces—to specific modular system configurations. The service includes visual before-and-after reasoning, spatial analysis, and downloadable specification layouts. SpaceLogic is a practical advisor tool and does not constitute professional architectural or engineering services unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use SpaceLogic only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the platform. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Harassing, abusing, or threatening any person or organization;
• Removing, obscuring, or altering any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the platform;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code, algorithms, or methodologies underlying our diagnostic tools;
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature;
• Collecting or tracking personal information of others without consent;
• Spamming, phishing, or engaging in any form of automated data harvesting;
• Reselling, redistributing, or commercializing SpaceLogic content, configurations, or outputs without written authorization;
• Using the platform to compete directly with SpaceLogic's commercial offerings.

4. User-Generated Content and Submissions

When you complete our diagnostic questionnaire, upload room photographs, or provide spatial measurements and constraints, you grant SpaceLogic a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, analyze, and store this information to generate your personalized configuration recommendations. We may use anonymized, aggregated data from questionnaires and submissions to improve our diagnostic algorithms and service offerings. You retain ownership of any original content you provide, but you authorize SpaceLogic to process and display it within the context of your personalized recommendations and, with your consent, in case studies or testimonials.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the SpaceLogic platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, diagnostic flowcharts, hand-drawn annotations, before-and-after visual comparisons, specification libraries, modular system configurations, spatial logic diagrams, and software—is the exclusive property of SpaceLogic or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or perform any content from SpaceLogic without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use on a single device. Downloading or printing materials for personal reference is permitted; commercial use, redistribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

SpaceLogic is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of our diagnostic recommendations for your specific circumstances. While we strive to provide practical, geometry-based spatial solutions, we do not guarantee that any configuration will solve your storage frustration or meet your expectations. Building codes, structural constraints, local regulations, and individual preferences may affect the feasibility of any recommendation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpaceLogic and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or business interruption, even if SpaceLogic has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of SpaceLogic shall not exceed the amount you have paid to SpaceLogic in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty Turkish Lira, whichever is greater.

7. Third-Party Links and Content

SpaceLogic may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or product suppliers. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites. Your use of third-party links is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies. SpaceLogic is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your interaction with third-party content or services.

8. Limitation of Scope

SpaceLogic provides diagnostic and design guidance only. Our recommendations do not constitute professional architectural, engineering, or interior design services. Before implementing any configuration in a commercial space, shared property, or structure with load-bearing implications, consult with a qualified professional. SpaceLogic is not responsible for installation errors, structural damage, code violations, or any consequences arising from the implementation of our recommendations without professional oversight.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or action arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of SpaceLogic shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Marmara Region, Turkey. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

10. Termination

SpaceLogic reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without notice or liability, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that SpaceLogic deems harmful, illegal, or contrary to the interests of other users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, though provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability shall survive.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SpaceLogic regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral.
